Put your technique to the test with sparring. Learn how to compete like a champion kickboxer or just train like one with professional kickboxer Steve Mann.
Sparring drills and ring sparring will be emphasized in these fast-paced, exciting classes, using both the instructional classroom and our sanctioned boxing ring.
Clinic Vs. Ring Training
Our spar clinic is geared for children while the competitive ring training classes are open to adults and older children who have instructor permission. Students are paired appropriately for their skill level and size.
Competition Kickboxing
For students wishing to compete, there are exhibition kickboxing fights held at the dojo, which are often a precursor to regulation kickboxing fights held throughout Virginia. Several of our students have brought home titles such as East Coast Champion and more - we are proud of our Warriors!
Appropriate equipment is mandatory.
